At Elements + Earth, each candle is hand-poured with care using pure, non-toxic ingredients. We take pride in crafting products that meet the highest standards of quality and transparency.
Because every candle is made to order, we are unable to accept returns once a product has been opened or used. However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us — if your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@elementsandearth.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll gladly replace any item that arrives damaged or issue a refund when appropriate. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days after review.
