Candle Care

Candle Care Instructions

To ensure a safe, clean, and long-lasting burn, follow these simple steps:

  1. Trim the Wick — Before each burn, trim your wooden wick to about ⅛ inch. This prevents excess smoke and ensures an even flame.

  2. First Burn Matters — Let the wax melt completely across the top before extinguishing. This helps prevent tunneling and promotes an even burn.

  3. Burn Time — Limit each session to 2–4 hours to preserve the candle’s quality and prevent overheating.

  4. Keep It Clear — Always burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface and keep away from drafts, pets, and flammable materials.

  5. Extinguish Safely — Use a snuffer or gently blow out the flame. Avoid using the lid to extinguish.

  6. Storage — Store your candle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve its scent and natural color.
